You can absolutely accomplish these goals... if you keep jogging, you can absolutely run a 5k without stopping! Absolutely. I couldn't run 30 seconds without choking and falling over in August. Then I, like you, started running/jogging a lot and was able to pump out a 42 minute 5k in the beginning of October. I never got much more speed, but I added endurance and distance to that, and at times was working out by running 3 miles, even 4-5 at times. Last Sunday I did a freaking triathlon which makes me say, IF I CAN DO IT, YOU CAN DO IT.<br /><br />I absolutely believe in you and have never stopped.
